Based off of one of my childhood favorite games, “Conservation” is a board game redesign of Pop’O’Matic Trouble by Hasbro. I wanted to make the game sustainable and timeless while giving the game more of a story or reason. In this version of the game, players need to move the endangered species safely to the conservation without being poached or having their habitat destroyed for resources. All the lettering, illustrations and patterns were hand-made. I was inspired by tribal patterns, old explorer sketch books and the movie Jumanji.
